BroadCom BCM5716 + ubuntu 8.04 64 + DELL T410

I have resolved this problem by this procedures

1.Program needed for driver compilation (it’s on the CD, you’ll need it)
apt-get from cd-rom
sudo apt-cdrom addinstall build-essential , linux-headers-$(uname -r) , make
sudo apt-get install build-essential linux-headers-2.6.24-19-server make2.edit interface file
sudo vi /etc/network/interfacesadd those lines :
iface eth0 inet dhcp3.Download Linux (1.9.20b_1.50.13) Driver from broadcom website
http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtremeii.php
unzip from winzip and copy netxtreme2-5.0.17.tar.gz to computer by usb
untar your driver
sudo tar -zxvf netxtreme2-5.0.17.tar.gz
cd netxtreme2-5.0.17
cd bnx2
cd src
Make
sudo make
sudo make install Reboot

try to ifconfig can get ip address
